Global Intentions : 

This game is our 3rd year of Game Design at ICAN Paris project. The theme was Luigi Serafini's work named Codex Seraphinianus. This book is an encyclopedia of an imaginary world that archives everything that makes up this world, from the fauna and flora to the physical law or the social structures of the inhabitants of this world.

Archiving is the heart of our game : the player must complete an encyclopedia of the world. To accomplish his task, he has a tool : a camera. 

The player can therefore take pictures of the creatures that compose this new world to fill an encyclopedia but also interact with them thanks to this device. Thus, the camera acts as a bridge between the player and the system represented by the creatures.
